Preorder Processing Time

All products are currently sold on a preorder basis. After an order is placed, production and delivery from our factory to us typically takes approximately 3 weeks.

Once inventory arrives and your order is processed, shipping to customers usually takes 2–3 business days depending on your location and carrier availability.

Please note that these are estimates and delays may occasionally occur due to manufacturing, customs, carrier issues, or high order volume.

Shipping Updates

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Orders Containing Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple preorder items, your order may ship once all items are available.

Delays

While we work hard to meet estimated timelines, preorder products may occasionally experience delays outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
